Just to clarify I never said I consumed cow's milk. 5 gallons of milk a week requires a bevy of lady friends. They say, "Why buy the cow when the milk is free," and that's become my life philosophy.
I pretty much only drink water, coffee and alcohol.
Yes. I go through two or three gallons a month of 2%. I really enjoy a cold glass of milk.
Edit I can also drink an entire gallon within an hour without throwing up. Done it three times as a bet.

I drink soy milk
I used to drink a lot of milk until I went on a low carb diet and realized how much all that lactose contributed to carb intake. The low fat milk doesn't cut calories that much because the lactose is just another carb.

The cheese making process removes all the lactose.
What about yogurt?

It removes some of it. The lactose goes out with the whey in cheese making. There isn't as much whey removal happening in yogurt production.

Promise land milk. Whole. Every day. On Sundays I have chocolate milk from promise land as well. Stuff will make simultaneously see jesus and slap yo momma.

No. Very very rare. Like I will pour myself a glass of milk every 4-5 years if that.
Maybe 1-2x a year will I make a hot chocolate with milk.
Now if I need to go potty? It's the perfect way for that to happen, so more likely to drink it if I need to urge it along
Lactose intolerance sucks sometimes, but can have advantages in some situations.

I don't. Just don't care for it. Unless you have some Promise Land chocolate milk. I don't usually care for chocolate milk either, but that stuff is obscenely good.
Coffee and cooking are the only acceptable milk uses
