This looks like a regular suit with a cowboy hat and bolo tie. That might be an easy way to go.

+1 for just get a nice slim fit suit, have the pants tailored to wear with boots and pair it with a cowboy hat and maybe a bolo tie. classy way to show off your texan roots without looking like a clown.
