Where I come from, Parisa is a staple food for any occasion. Yall ever heard of it?
Raw meat that is ok to eat because of lemon juice in peppers. The stuff is the kittys tittys

I used to run with some boys from Medina County. We'd go dove hunting down there and ate tons of parisa. I make it at home and have turned lots of people onto it. Since the wife is out of town, I'll make some for supper.

Love it at Zooks and Schotts in Helotes

Mouth BQ is correct though. The lemon and onion won't do jack to prevent getting sick.
