There is nothing positive about that.
Doing that takes a lot of gut.
In 10 years she'll have nurses breaking their backs pulling her fat ass out of bed during her 10th admission for CHF exacerbation, wiping her fat ass because she can't reach it (hoping not to lose an arm in the process), and she won't be able to walk more than 10 feet without having to sit down.
She'll complain about the food, the lack of good options on TV and that the doctor hasn't come by yet this morning.

I'm kind of old, so I have no clue who she is. I do see enough of her to know she is gross and I can't imagine her having any kind of a magazine cover op. 
I'd never make fun of someone for being overweight or obese like they mention. If they want her health to not be my business though, they shouldn't post about it on social media and act as if some health factors can't be observed by looking at someone's appearance.
