When these teachers leave college and start their teaching career, they panic and go nuts after they realize three things:

1. The really screwed up by not maximizing their time in college by roping in a suitable husband.

2. Their chances of finding husband that meets their standards just dropped by 95% and they are screwed.

3. They still got the "itch" for riding the CC and have to make do with whats available in the local ISD.

Looks like a bridesmaid dress since the other chick in the pic is wearing the same awful dress just in a different color. Plus it looks like the bride's dress catches the edge of the picture.
