All these girls on here we out causing trouble when they should have been at home.

Also. I got three big rib eyes in the fridge that I meant to grill.

But now its late in the day and I don't feel like messing with the grill.

So I'm about to cast iron skillet one of those T-bones and I want to save the other ones for later in the week.

So my question is, what can I do to get those steaks to last well into the week without putting them in the freezer?

I'm half tempted to marinate those steaks in straight lemon juice and put them back in the fridge. See what they do getting marinated for several days.

Wha'ts your call?

On whether mugshawtys should be at the house and the steaks.

Ya, the welder had one, averted my eyes but..... at age 18 I learned a valuable lesson as my eyes got roasted like chestnuts. Later on he set the drilling floor on fire and ran screaming like a girl along with the roughnecks....fire drills are worthless lol.
