WTF is this? A coworker mentioned that her 8 year old is playing it at school and it's all the rage. We didn't know what it was so we Googled it.

It seems like a mix of 4-square and dodge ball but without the fun, crying, or injuries. Lame.

Someone is going to make a ton of money selling these gaga ball pits.

They set up a Gaga ball pit at my church. It is the one game I have seen where it can hold the interest of kids from 3 years old all the way to sixth grade. And it requires very minimal supervision. I run a kids program each week there. Before the gaga ball pit was installed, the kids would run all over the place before and after club. Now, they pretty much entertain themselves with the gaga ball pit.

Having played this, I can say with some experience, that the kids love it. It's been around for at least 3 or 4 years now. Keeps them active. What I like about it is that the kids move in and out, so it's kind of like a looping dodgeball game. For every kid that comes out, one more goes in.

Beats the hell out of some of the other stuff they do.

It's called Smashball where I'm from and it's a pretty fun game. Tiring as hell and grown men can literally lose to 6 year old girls so it's pretty entertaining.

It's been around a long time. It is more fun than it looks here, partly because nothing being played by some tard girls looks fun. For instance, if someone showed you basketball for the first time but it was the WNBA that was the example, you'd think it was incredibly stupid and lame.

My nephew broke his hand playing this game. My sister has not been a happy camper because of it.
