Pei Wei in the Hill Country Galleria is bizarre. Silverware and plates are always dirty. Staff has a very low GAS level. Must be terribly managed. Love some Panda Express though.

Pei Wei easily and it's not even close. Dishes there only a dollar or 2 more per person and the food quality is way better than Panda. One is fast casual and one is fast food. They're kind of different categories, like Whataburger and five guys.
