Yes, first world problem. But why is it always down? I understand that they have to clean it, but so do all the other fast food places and theirs don't always seem to be "out of order."

If we have 8 MCDs around town or whatever, on any given day at least 2-3 of them will have machines that are broken. Usually this applies to the Frappe machines as well. Although as someone noted above, I think sometimes they say "Broken" instead of "we don't have the mixture today" for those.
