I don't think IT is considered a "high paying job". I mean, compared to driving a cab, sure. And I'm not talking about just the outsourced tech support guy. When I end up on the IT floor of my company, it is solely Indians.

Also, please tell your people to quit taking over entire neighborhoods at a time when they come for the IT jobs. Maybe spread out a little.
