I'm alive guys. With no hangover to report because of the following:

12am stopped drinking
2am one glass of water
3:30am gulps of Powerade zero
4am: 30ml of Pepto with 2 Tylenol extra strength

0800 baby is up and so am I

I drink 2 bottles water and take a few Advil before I start drinking... Have not had a hangover in as long as I can remember.

Or if you know you're gonna be drinking quite a bit at say a tailgate or a wedding reception. Drink water in days leading up to it. If you're hydrated you won't get a hangover. Same as hydrating your body for athletics so you don't cramp.. You have hydrate in days leading up to it. Same for hangovers.. Do and you won't get hangovers.

Dramamine and 2 exedrin before your head touches the pillow.

also, one thing that REALLY helps me, is if I know there is a solid chance I am waking up with a hangover, I will set my AC to about 66 before I go to sleep. Something about sleeping when its really cold in the house helps out a lot.

Excedrin contains tylenol. Tylenol plus moderate drinking is worse for your liver than binge drinking. Tylenol and booze also damages kidneys.

Take ibuprofen instead.

Going to be a deuche and quote myself because several folks here are using tylenol/excedrin for hangovers. It is terrible for you, choose advil.

I kept thinking that. Sucks for me cause I'm allergic to nsaids.

My liver doctors told me that water, a little sodium, potassium, and less proteins help. Mixing any meds and alcohol can do damage. I think she said no antacids, no aspirin, and only acetaminophen [correction: no more than 2000 mg per 24 hours]

I usually take midol complete. sounds odd for a hangover, but it works.

I looked it up trough my paperwork after you said that. It is a weird allergy!

Midol also contains tylenol. You should avoid it while drinking or hungover.

I find eating something greasy and taking a good dump works.
