Depends on the food it's going on. For pizza I like Frank's. Most most other things I prefer Cholula. For eggs I like Louisiana. Sriracha is growing on me a little bit too. Point is to have several so you have options.

I never knew Cholulu made a Chili Garlic sauce. Thank goodness HEB has an online store now... can't find anything other than Tabasco up here in yankee-land.

Regular Cholula is way better than the Chilli Garlic.

The best hot sauce is that light green creamy green sauce that is hot as **** and they have it at taco stands and taquerias. That stuff is so good.

Very true. Mostly the hot sauce will be going on eggs and veggie stir fry's and some occasional pizza.

Omg yes! I don't know who sells it commercially, but that green/creamy salsa from Taco More in Austin (and many other taco restaurants like it) is amazing.
