I think she might think it's a camera. She's from China. Maybe the government there spys on people via satellite dishes. I don't know.

Maybe attach an old Polaroid so others know you arent serious. But she may freak, especially if whatever country she is from would spy with outdated technology

Tell her open the blinds and stand there naked so you can make sure the zoom is set properly.

Update: so today I spoke to the husband and told him it would cost $50 for direct tv to come out and move the dish. He said ok and wants to do it so he's going to talk to the direct tv tech when he comes out and talk about where we can mount it to his satisfaction. I'm trying to keep the peace with my neighbor.
But here is what I learned when talking with him. His wife does indeed think the satellite dish can see her. I said you do know it's not a camera right? He said I know but she just doesn't feel comfortable with it there. I think she's actually paranoid. I hope we don't have any more problems but if she's this crazy who knows.
