The Marshall from The Man In The High Castle. A character that could have been a seriously intense and scary dude but instead came off as ridiculous and cartoony.

Joffrey
Ramsay Bolton
quote:That dude in Band of Brothers was a real life dude. He tried to kill himself, but the bullet severed both optic nerves and didn't kill him. So he lived for decades longer, blind and alone, in a home somewhere until he starved to death. Nobody deserves that. Not even David Schwimmer.

This is the first character that I can remember wanting to die a slow painful death.
If you've watched "The Man in the High Castle" you'd know him. This is a great character.
The Trinity Killer in season 4 of Dexter
