I saw on the chive that it took something like 1200 pounds of Epsom salt to get her to float in that pool

That movie was freaky when I was young. That and Scanners.

The music video by A-ha borrowed some stuff from this movie for that scene where the singer bangs on the hallway walls to go from comic book to real life.

I'm intrigued, but I feel like being alone in total darkness and silence would freak me out after a few minutes. There's a place in Dallas that allows two people to float together, so maybe I'll drag my husband with me someday.

I actually am interested in trying it. I think the concept appeals to me because it is the opposite of what I normally like. I usually have the attention span of a 3 year old and hate to sit still for anything.
