Sadly it seems to happen everywhere. I've seen rich folk both old and probably spoiled teens here in The Woodlands pull that crap. Just the other day at Costco an older lady thought the grass in front of her Mercedes was a trash can. She saw me looking at her and I should have honked but I think my face expression was enough. Then there are those younger chicks who smoke that keep the window closed just enough to keep the cigarette smoke out of their car and when done just drop it outside the window.

A couple months ago I was sitting in traffic off of Tidwell on my way home from work and saw a large black woman licking her fingers in the backseat of like a Taurus. Next thing I know she opens the door and places a paper plate with chicken bones on it with a napkin on the road and they drive off. I'm just glad she cared enough to at least put it in the ground gently and not toss it.

You've never seen that!? Someone changes their kids diaper in the parking lot them throws the dirty one under the car instead of trashing it? I actually saw this a ton when I lived in temple. Not as much here. Or maybe the parking lots are just bigger.

apparently a bunch of them would take buses up from the border or valley and do their yearly shopping at the san marcos outlets, then proceed to leave behind about a years worth of diapers in the dressing rooms.

Smokers are definitely the single greatest littering demographic. Many, I'm sure, would balk at throwing a plastic cup out the window.

Saw a beautiful sight unfold one day while waiting to turn right off of George Bush onto Preston. There was a work truck of some sort in front of me and the driver chunks his big gulp out the window. Plano cop approaching the light literally rolls up right under said big gulp, which proceeds to explode all over his hood/windshield. Cop turns on his lights and points...take down in the Calloway's parking lot.

Saw a guy yesterday pulling up to a gas pump and threw a piece of crumpled up trash out right before he stopped. Dude - the trash can was 20 ft away
