Atascocita has some really nice openings. There's a new Costco in Humble that would bring you a lot of business near their location as well.

Put it somewhere along Washington or Montrose/Midtown and you'll make a killing if you have late hours on the weekends. If you're willing to deliver during lunch hours, another huge potential.
