The difference a day makes:

Saturday, 50 degrees and sunny vs Sunday 12 degrees and snowing. They were outside about 5 minutes to do their business and came to the door looking like Scarface on a coke bender.

I just spent the last 45 minutes or so going through all 30 pages of this thread, and I wanted to say Thank You to everybody who posted pictures of their dogs. There are SO MANY GREAT DOGS on this thread. I also wanted to give my condolences to everybody on this thread who lost a beloved pup. I STILL MISS all the family pups my family and I've lost over the years from my childhood through adulthood:
3 All American Mutts- Spot, Spot Jr., and Pepper
2 Rat Terriers- Bitsy and Dutchess
1 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix- Leo
2 Collies- MacDuff and Dumdum
1 Samoyed- Sammy
1 Beagle- Mandy
1 Basset Hound- Bonnie
1 Weimereiner- Gray Girl
1 Australian Shepard- Patches
1 Schnauzer- Schotsie
1 Doberman- Bear
2 Boston Terriers- Little Bit and Fenway
1 Pit Bull- JB (short for Jimmy Buffett)
1 Rottweiler- Bear
1 German Sheperd- Kirby

A lot of really good memories spread out over a lot of years. My next dog is going to be a service dog. I can't wait until I decide what I'll be getting next.
