The 2005 Calon Segur was pretty good.

It's a Medoc.
All but the Pavie in your line-up are Medoc appellation of Bordeaux (blended red wine). Further, that particular bottle is from the commune/village of St. Estephe. Most Bordeauxs of the Left Bank (such as Medoc) are dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the blend, while Merlot tends to be more prevalent in most of the Right Bank wines of St. Emilion and Pomerol. Along with the terroir, the composition of the blend gives each wine its unique character. For these reasons, you'll find that the Pavie will be remarkably different than the other four wines in your line-up; not necessarily better or worse as that's personal preference, but definitely different.

And I'm damn good company for wine drinking!
