Send the pieces to Balfour and they'll remake it for a couple hundred dollars. It will take 6 weeks or so.
You'll need to have two cuts made, they won't be able to get it off with a single cut in the center (ask me how i know).
My guess is you've made it swell worse by messing with it. Try icing your finger and use lube if you've got it. I waited a bit too long to have mine cut off and it took a couple of weeks for my finger to recover.
I didn't know about the fact you could send it in and get it remade.
And when I had Aggie Ring #1 cut off, there was no YouTube
I've been working a lot this year and have gained a ridiculous amount of weight. I hit 316 at one point. I was almost at the point where I couldn't get Aggie Ring #2 off. I've really got to get on the fitness program in 2016. Back in November, I got to be on the Reviewing Stand for the Corps of Cadets so, I jammed my ring on for the trip to College Station. Lucky for me, I was able to get my ring off late that night after the game.
Aggie Ring #1 was a size 10 in 10kt bought in 1991 when I weighed about 200 lbs for $251.
Aggie Ring #2 is a size 13 in 14kt bought in 2002 when I weighed about 270 lbs for $537.
When I got Aggie Ring #1 cut off at Beaver Creek, Colorado, the guys at the jewelry store couldn't believe how thick that ring was. And they let me know that it was usually fat old ladies they cut rings off of all the time. Not usually dudes.
Good Luck!
