you dont have to give it up completely, but drastically cutting back during the week will yield a hell of alot more than you would think. and you will feel a sh*t-ton better

This is pretty delicious:

2 pounds shrimp
1 diced red bell pepper
1 diced green bell pepper
1 diced sweet onion
1 diced avocado
5 cloves of garlic (I do it in a garlic press)
add salt and pepper
however much lime juice you want
drizzle with 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
red pepper flakes

mix everything together and put in the fridge for an hour or two

You can stop going out during the week, and still allow yourself to drink on the weekend. Stick with vodka soda and red wine.

You can stop going out during the week, and still allow yourself to drink on the weekend. Stick with vodka soda and red wine.


I tend to only drink on Fridays when I'm working.

generally don't go out on weekends anyway so I figure if i stop during week too it'll make big difference

I've tried water at happy hour, it's just not the same. I've thought about switching my workouts to the morning so I can enjoy some after work beverages.
