Whataburger is above average, but not the best. Thin patty, they won't cook it medium, somewhat dry..... It will still make an adequate turd.

May be a thin patty, but it's well seasoned, which is more than you can say about most other fast food places.

And there's so many options and ways to make your burger, that if you can't build a good burger at Whataburger, it's your own fault. They even have A1 if you want it.

I tried that honey bbq chicken strip sandwich once and took two bites before I pitched it. It was vile.

I don't understand the Wataburger/In and Out debate. Its like listening to a Baylor and TCU fan arguing over who's game day atmosphere is better. Who cares, you both suck. I can make my own that is ten times better and probably cheaper.
