Black people... The OG whiney titty baby adyns
quote:
It's easy to loot and blame others when you don't work for anything.
quote:
So a dumb thug gets hurt and dies because he's being an idiot and the BPD is under fire?
You're right, there seems to be one of these every week. I wish attention by the media on these kinds of things would just go away.
"Play stupid games? Win stupid prizes!"
quote:And the whole black community goes after the black cop?
As soon as a black cop kills a black bad boy, the problem will go away.
quote:Because all white cops hate every innocent black person.
Tough situation. Seems to be one every week now
quote:I don't care if the police are arresting Jeffrey Dahmer mid-meal, they have a responsibility for getting him to the station alive and unharmed if at all possible.
So I think if a person is illegally arrested and then dies from injuries sustained while in police custody, people have a legitimate complaint.
quote:He was a great kid though that cared only about God and his momma.
Poor Freddy had been arrested 18 times before the age of 25, what a legacy.
quote:
Put yourself in their place. How can anyone not understand the frustration? Yea, there are many incidents of scum bag police officers abusing their power on citizens; most of them seem happen to be against African Americans. How can you blame them for their anger and frustration?
Racial profiling does exist. Police abuse does exist. There are also a lot of dumbasses in the world who fail to follow orders or just simply cooperate.
quote:Yes, this is correct. The police violated many policies and procedures that day resulting in the death of Freddie Gray. Allegedly, Freddie made eye contact with BPD and then took off running. While this is not illegal, it may rise to the low standard of reasonable suspicion warranting the police to give chase. As an aside, we all know that running from the police is never a good idea (whether your guilty or not). Both the police (driving erratically with an unrestrained person in custody) and Freddie (running from the cops and resisting arrest) used poor judgment that day. While I'm not condoning the actions taken by the police, however, their level of frustration, given the adrenaline, is understandable but not justifiable. That's where policies and procedure should have taken over, whereby the police should have simply charged him with a crime, read him his rights (if under investigation), placed him in custody, and driven him safely to the station without the rest of the drama.quote:

quote:the sentiment of the people they serve is wanting to steal and destroy ****
TL;dr = police should use better judgment and Baltimoreans need to elect representatives that effectuate positive change in the community, which reflects the sentiment of the people they serve.
quote:Not all the people in Baltimore wants to steal and destroy, but those that do probably don't have faith in the police anymore. It seems as if BPD lost touch with their populous through corruption and generally being untrustworthy. I'm not saying ALL BPD police officers are corrupt and untrustworthy, but a few bad seeds over the past few decades has created a mess. I am by no means condoning the rioting/looting/sundry criminal activity, I am saying that once the police get this situation under control they need to do some spring cleaning and restore faith under their ranks again (much like the NYPD did under Giuliani).quote:the sentiment of the people they serve is wanting to steal and destroy ****

quote:sounds like a middle eastern religion
If I were a member of the black community, I'm pretty sure I would despise the looters/rioters almost as much as the police/racists committing the crimes. Not only do they undo all the work the peaceful protesters and whatnot strive towards, they do it under the guise of "the cause" when clearly their only cause it to cause some violence and steal ****.
quote:
Reports of a prisoner testifying that he was in the van w Gray and that Gray was throwing himself against the walls of the van.
Even if true...no one will buy that.
