Nah, it's a single valve Holton TR-258 (detachable bell). I do, however, usually volunteer to play the bass part with a 0AL mouthpiece. It's like playing into a sink.

I wanted to get a bass trombone, but my trombone farm was getting out of hand and I couldn't justify buying a 4th horn.

Haven't been able to hit pedal tones since the jaw surgery.

I have a Beuscher Grand peashooter that was built in 1925 and plays great. I recently sold a Benge 165F that was gorgeous, but the positions were too different from the Buescher and Holton.
