Hullaballoo if you don't mind the hour+ wait
Blackwater if it's not a 30 minute wait (used to be number one but their servers are all over the place and forget about their tables)

And yeah those are the only two I would go to. IHOP is pretty terrible. Coco loco has had too many E. coli outbreaks

We also love El Sol de Mexico and I have heard their breakfast is awesome but haven't tried it yet.

Time to head to the Waffle House in Conroe.

Hullabaloos isn't what it used to be. Has turned into more of a bar scene than anything. Prices have gone up, portions have gone down, and they serve everything on plastic plates now.

If you're looking for breakfast tacos, +1 for Coco loco. Also suggest Mi Familia in Bryan off Texas (near 24thish?)

Blackwater draw is our ultimate favorite. Go right at 10 when it opens and there's no problem. Highly recommend the French toast, but have heard raving reviews about every single dish.

The only time I've ever been there was when my lady friendtook me there and it was when it was packed with old country folk, gave it a real authentic feel. we caught a lot of wandering eyes as i fed her sausage and gravy though
