I appreciate your stands.

I try and be open about what I believe, honest about who I am, but approach any situation as if I do not expect people to either change their mind or agree with me. It seems to be less offensive that way.

That said, I am an extremely conservative Christian who would probably be categorized as a Bible-beater.

I will never seek validation on this board. This board is nothing more than a place to congragate and pass the time. Many a times, certain posters thought it would be funny to air my dirty laundry on here when it had nothing to do with them. I often sought out a new username because I was ashamed of it. But I have reached a different and new point in my life that I am no longer ashamed for the sins that I have commited, but in fact I use those sins I commited to minister to people and to show them that I was once also and still am a sinner. But through Jesus Christ, even a sinner like me can reach levels of happiness I never knew were possible. I thank God everyday for what He has done in my life and I would not change a single thing.

I have only one person I must answer to and I have finally done that.

I knew a Bible Beater. He always miss-quoted the Bible and made up fake differences between the Roman Catholic and Protestant religion. Most of my friends are Catholic so he just ended up looking like an idiot. He used to bash Protestants and say their beliefs are perverted, and then he might call you a fancy slang word for a prostitute and try to beat you up. His Mother tells him that all woman are that same name for prostitutes. There is much more to tell about this guy, but I can't say.

if you take with the context in which it was used, sure. But you might want to add on the first part: "Through Jesus Christ"

No, it does not give anyone a free pass. But praying for her and all of you non-believers is what I am supposed to do as a Christian. I will never make fun of you for not believing. I will never condemn any of you for not believing. But since I love each and every one of you as my my fellow brothers and sisters, I will continue to pray for each of you. I will pray that God has the same effect on you that he did on me. I will pray that you will come to Christ before it is too late.

nope not a bible beater, i too believe if people want to know more, they will ask, they should know you're a christian, and you should lead by example, and then if and when they're ready to know more, they will ask and you can help them then
