My wife and I went to KFC a few weeks ago for the first time in many years and the restaurant was completely full of Asians. I didn't have any problem with it, but found it unusual because I had never seen anything like it before. They were all around college age and were really enjoying themselves.
Cheddars has cheap (terrible) food...thats why.

Wife and I meet my BIL at a Cheddars 10 or so years ago. I came away thinking, "Why did he want to meet there?" The place kind of sucked. I guess it was cheap and close to where he lived.

Wow. I didn't know they got down like that. They seemed like good people just enjoying fried chicken, nothing wrong with that.

I've only been to Cheddars one time. I remember I got the bacon burger and some fries, it was very good. The only reason I never went back is because the one in CS is always so packed.

Have a cousin living in China. He says KFC is huge there.

That's not the KFC I grew up on. I remember when you could get what was called the "Full Meal Deal", which consisted of 2 legs, a thigh, mashed potatoes and gravy, a roll, one hot apple pie and a soda water for under three dollars. The food was very good back then as well, sad to see the changes.
You ever had the ribs at Cheddars? Pretty damn good. Black people love ribs.
Its cheep food and they dont care if youre loud, sounds like a no brainer.

I think I remember those. We would always get the full meal deal which came with the apple pie, so I never had the pudding.
An apple pie can be quite delicious, so I can see where you are coming from.
Uni, have ever told you about the time my parents took me to Burger King and I got to wear a paper crown home? It's a special memory of mine, as it helped me get over a tough loss my senior season.
The cheddars in spring is very much more popular with black persons than other dining establishments in the vicinity. They're often half or or more of the customers, while at other places maybe a tenth at most. Cheddars does offer food choices that are more compatible with black cultural food tastes, I think. People are gonna go where they like the food.
