When I'm on I-10, pushing 90 in construction zone to stay with traffic, and I'm wedged between an 18 wheeler and concrete barrier with about 3 inches on either side of me, I find myself going back to 10 and 2 and mentally driving in the fetal position. I'm smart enough to know that my life is in the hands of whoever is driving that 18 wheeler and the drivers of 3 or 4 cars in front of me.
