Pretty much the model for most "new" fast food concepts: Start with an idea, develop the idea into a small chain, concentrate on quality at first to build value, expand to a massive corporate structure and make a lot of money for the original investors, raise prices and reduce portion sizes to pay for bloated organization, draw in small investors who are about 10 years too late, and watch quality and customer count diminish, along with the value of the shares.
Yep, they're right on schedule.
