Throw it in the dishwasher, and just before the dry cycle starts, pull it out. You should then be able to easily suck out all of the loosened debris that is hiding deep inside all of those crevices. I find that the alphabet technique works well on most occasions.

Oxiclean. No scrubbing required. Used to USDA tooth brush and dish soap and it worked well, but one day I was cleaning some bottles before brewing and when I finished there wasn't a spec of dirt in my ring.
