Waited 3 hours to play Mario Kart 8.
Probably at Universal on one of the last days they had the Back to the Future ride.
May 10-12, 1999. 4th in line at Tinseltown in Beaumont to buy tickets to The Phantom Menace. I've rarely felt so stupid.
Does camping for ticket pull count?

camped overnight for Rockets playoff tickets back in the 90s, didn't get up to the window before they sold out, though.
been in some pretty helacious customs lines in Atlanta and Houston.
Possibly the longest, though, was in the port at Galveston debarking from a Royal Caribbean cruise.

jetch, is that the Hurricane Rita evacuation from Houston? If that counts as waiting in line, then I guess that's mine. 21 hours to get from Clear Lake to College Station. One of the worst experiences of my life!
If that doesn't count, then I guess probably a few hours to ride the Titan at Six Flags the first year it was there.

Waited in line for 6 hours at the Alamo for a 60 second look at the Travis letter in March. It was totally worth it.

You're still waiting in line, regardless if you're first in that line. I was in line for two weeks back in 2005 for the tu Thanksgiving game. Was awesome. We were of course the first in our line. Had a great setup out there.

Ditto. 19.5 hours to get from Texas City to Austin.
SNL standby line - 10 hours sleeping on 49th street. And it snowed.

Waited about 9 hours to get into the College Football gameday area vs OU in 2007(?). Was about 20 people in front of us until everyone started showing up BC someone "saved" their spot. **** those people.
While in the army I was in some god awful lines, but the worst and I mean absolute worst was when I had to go aboard an aircraft carrier for two weeks and was unfortunate to dock in Italy and waited for 9 ****ing hours to catch a ferry to land. Worst experience in lines ever.
I guess I've been in "line" to take over the family business for 27 years.
I waited in the Whataburger drive through line yesterday for 14 minutes. They made a lot of breakfast burritos for the people in front of me. Me was not happy.
