Sex drives are simply a result of evolution in any species. Your brain and hormones don't care if you can actually reproduce or not. They just release the chemicals that they are genetically programmed to release.

I think it means there is no God, at least not in the sense that is most widely accepted. If someone has a good argument for there being a purpose behind the sex drive of mules, it could reopen the possibility of the existance of an all-knowing, all-powerful God-being. If he really is all-knowing anf all-powerful then there must be a meaning and purpose for everything, unless he just wanted mind**** us, which would rule out the notion of a benevolant creator.
