You're his girlfriend, not his mom. He is a young adult that can make his own decisions. He does not need your permission to go anywhere. If you do not trust him to remain faithful to you, then you have a bigger problem than him wanting to visit a club. You should have a long talk with him.

MESSAGE TO BANANA'S BOYFRIEND (I'm sure you know who you are by now). Here are a couple of pointers to help you have a fun night out at the strip club without your controlling girlfriend giving you crap about it. Luckily, my wife and I trust each other so I don't have to utilize them myself. However, I've had friends and co-workers that have used them with great success.

1) If you plan to share bank accounts and credit cards, start working on the "stash" fund for things such as trips to the strip club, casino, etc. You don't want $$$ to disappear in large chunks and result in questions being asked.

2) When you are on your way home from the strip club, a quick stop to fill up the gas tank is always a good idea. Make sure to spill a bit of gas on yourself to cover up the stripper smell.

3) Make sure your cell phone's ringer is "off" or "one beep". You can always check it periodically and return a call outside. You want to avoid the unfortunate incident of having your phone ring while receiving a lap dance and having a stripper answer it for you.

I don't care if my fiance goes to a strip club. Heck, I told his best man to please take him to one for his bachelor party. The poor guy has never been to one. What's the big deal? If I really thought he'd cheat on me with a stripper we wouldn't be together in the first place.
