I was a track runner. Exercising doesn't stop out of control boobs.

I ran a good bit of long-distance track and my junk tended to get out of control. I can honestly say that the thought of reducing its size never crossed my mind.

All that goes across my mind whenever I hear about breast reduction is that deadlifts, squats, bench, rows and heavy ab exercises would make it not a problem at all.

There are many women who lift weights and can deadlift 300+. It's not at all a surprise that you literally never hear about women who lift having issues with breast size.

P.S. There is a MASSIVE difference between lifting 10 lb weights 800 times and lifting 80 lb dumbells 5 times. The later is far better for you and the former is not at all weight lifting, it's cardio disguised as weight lifting and doesn't actually build strength.

Nutrition and fitness in this country is so ****ed up now. The whole,"Don't lift weights or you will get big," attitude that like 90% of women have because of idiot media has ruined entire generations into thinking that cardio is the only type of workout for women. It could not be more wrong.

Take a look at this powerlifting video of different women, none of which are huge.

The first woman in that video obviously has large boobs, but I doubt she has any issues whatsoever as evident by how much she lifts.

Vander, I don't care how strong you are, you can't lift a 10 Lb dumbbell 800 times without stopping. Your muscle will fatigue and become injured if you continue. That is not healthy exercise, but it is exactly what neck and back muscles go thru when giant hooters are weighing them down. I like big dinner buckets just as much as the next red blooded man, but when they are that big, they are usually a train wreck. Reduction actually makes them look better.

Now I do agree that there is an insane misconception that working out and staying in shape will make a chick gain too much muscle. Not true in any way. Girls with muscle tone are hot and things tend to stay in place much better with good muscle underneath.

I was being facetious with that statement. It was an exaggeration of the typical weight workout that women do, which is to say that it's actually cardio and not actually weight lifting.

You do not gain strength by lifting 10 lb weights 50 times, it's no different than jogging. The way you build muscle strength and decrease the likelihood of injury is by lifting heavy weights for low reps. In addition, this type of weight lifting increases bone density and tendon strength.

Those people who can bench 250+ lbs can probably lift 10 lb dumbells well over a 100 times with no issue because they have the strength, bone density, and tendon strength to do it.

Anyone who tells them that heavy weight lifting won't help dramatically is doing them a major disservice.

In addition, low body fat doesn't actually mean anything with regards to strength. A person who is 5'4" 115 lb with a low body fat percentage will be much less suited to handling large breasts than someone who is 5'4" 145 lb with the same body fat percentage. The later has a significant amount of muscle while the former probably does not.
