The "guy" and the hooker need to wear noticeable clothing. A televised event might be a planned worker strike or some political event that will make the news. A photographed event would be a wedding in a public park (the wedding photographer will snap a million photos and post them on his website for sale.)

3rd guy: Someone in the loop from texags somehow records the public meetup.
