I'm not trying to sell anything...I'm just tired of some cultures and heritages being protected while others and all thrown into a pot. Again if you would purposely mistake certain parts of certain heritages, you'd be labeled an intolerant racist. There's a double standard here that exists that people have blindly accepted.

I ordered a large sausage and cheese kolache in navasota and was hoping it would similar to a slovacek. Got in the car and realized it was just a ball park weiner in fresh baked bread. I was eating a f#cking hotdog for breakfast.

i agree that sea bass is getting a little too defensive about this, but i also am careful about what i call them since i was at the Caldwell Kolache fest last year. the absolute best kolaches i've ever had came from this booth with a little old lady that refused to sell the sausage kind and turned away people who asked for "sausage kolaches". normally i'd avoid a business like that but her kolaches were so ****ing delicious

Whenever different societies interact there is always a mix of cultures and things change from their traditional ways. It's happened with tex-mex, sushi, Italian etc. Stammering on about what something should traditionally be does not make you cultured nor does it make the people who use it "incorrectly" ignorant/bigots/etc

Well of course you're not ignorant any more. You now know the difference. If you continue to embrace society's way, that makes you intolerant. If you don't know the difference, it does indeed make you ignorant. Hope that sorts out the difference.

Again, the pigs in the blanket is just the example at hand. If you're intolerant of this, than there's a good chance that you're intolerant of a lot bigger issues. At least that's the norm, I would say. Kind of like the kid who steals a piece of candy. Sure, it's only one piece of candy. But it's going to lead to bigger thieving problems in the future.
