Summer break. Sophomore year at Aggieland. I was up in Dallas sporting two jobs. One with a surveying company being a tracer.



My second job was being a little league umpire that was machine pitch (and I fed the pitches). I think it was 1st/2nd graders. Easiest umpire job of all time. Because it was with the YMCA, coaches and parents were ejected for complaining/arguing.

Holy crap those kids just graduated HS....

Wow, I was getting ready for my freshman yr at A&M. New student conferences and all that.

I was:

Living with the stealthy-slob stranger (She was only there on the weekends, and I very rarely saw her, but she always left a huge mess for me to clean up) in my Melrose sublease.

Working as a waitress at Wings n' More.

Taking ENDS 211 (that 4 hr AutoCAD computer class/lab), and staying up until 2 AM every night finishing the daily assignments in the SCC with the rest of the class.

Surviving on only rice and oatmeal because I had no money.

AND all the while

Hobbling around on crutches because I had broken 4 bones in my foot from a totally FAILED landing of some bizarre reverse leap thing the crazy scary blonde dance woman was making us do in KINE 168 (Jazz III). That woman... [shudder]... so evil.

Not my best summer, but there was one bright spot. After I had asked and been refused a handicap parking pass, my dad managed to ***** his way into getting me one. So that was awesome for 6 glorious months

Summer after Sophomore year at A&M, it was awesome. Was probably partying with some ProVees. Unfortunately almost none of the girls that hung out with us that Summer made it into A&M but they did have fun for the 2.5 months they were in college.

Getting ready for 2nd grade

I was making middle of the night runs to the hospital for several women I cared deeply for.

Between my sophomore and junior years at A&M. I had a summer job as an IT guy at my credit union.

fapping and/or trying to get in some girl's pants. I was a sophomore in h.s. Not much has changed

If this is for srs, I think it's the first time I've legitimately felt "old" on here.

My cochlear implant was activated on June 20, 2002 so I had had restored hearing for 9 days. It was miraculous and I was a fantastic patient. I heard and understood, "See you next week!" with my back to the staff and walking away from them. They were ecstatic!

Nothing but success until Feb 11, 2003 and an event with the processor took away that restored hearing. Nothing but tinnitus ever since.

ENGs Christmas post was likely outside VS while he was sitting guard dawg!

I was a junior at A&M. Was lurking on TexAgs but hadn't registered yet.

That was pre procita, so I didn't have any redeeming value on the board.

10 years ago I was probably here, arguing with strangers over stupid crap. What's old is new.

Since then? Big Bucks and the Warm Apple Betty. Flying Saucer and witnessing bad breakup manners. The Pourhouse, both old and new. Sending my brother as my proxy to a Houston happy hour. Threatening to send tiny and josie a stripper. Watching the Spazmatics at 8.0s in the pouring rain. A texags wedding.
