Rather than drink that crap. Don't drink carbonated stuff. I gave up back in October. Even though our fridge is full of cokes, and nothign else to drink at times, I still haven't had a coke since I gave up.
Drink water or juice...a lot more healthier for you.
I personally love Diet Coke...for those looking for a caffeinated Fresca...consider Diet Mountain Dew...it's full of caffeine and not a dark cola either.
Just be like me and not drink caffeinated drinks. I gave up all types of cokes and such at the beginning of the summer and haven't looked back since. I've had sprites since then but only when I'm sick or there is absolutely nothing else to drink.
Good for you, Rollergirl! Water actually rocks if you give it a chance. I LOVE my Diet Coke in the morning...but gradute to H2O everyday with no problem...and get a lot in!
It's the after hours of Crystal Light and Bud Light that I'm sure do me in.....good luck, Ags! :-)
