DISAGREE. Red Velvet cake is my favorite. I once had 7 slices for lunch at Duncan my fish year. Of course, it was my first time trying it so I went overboard.

Red Velvet cake is the best, IF it is done right.

If not, it is dry and crumbly, and tastes similar to sawdust. Not even the icing can fix that.

But a rich, moist Red Velvet cake with great icing just can not be beat.

Red Velvet cake is just good quality chocolate cake with a bottle of red food coloring! You will poop red if you eat too much.

I make chocolate cake with cream cheese icing or yellow cake with fudge icing or lemon and lemon or Italian cream cake and icing.

German's chocolate cake is perfect for cream cheese icing.

you guys are so dumb...it is CHOCOLATE cake with red food coloring...what is extra special about a chemical that stains your insides?

what you are all saying is chocolate cake is your favorite

what makes the difference with RVC is keeping it cold because of the cream cheese icing and that, helps keep it moist....any quality chocolate cake kept in the fridge with cream cheese icing will taste just as good
