edwin watts, golfsmith, pga superstore, golf galaxy? I need to be able to hit the club some because I don't really know what kind of driver I want. I really wish I could go to a country club when they'll have a lot of clubs on their range to try out.

Custom Craft in Arlington set me up well with a couple of drivers. Custom cuts the shafts and watches you try them out.

yeah, see I haven't bought a driver in years. I've used a regular shaft my whole life, but think I need a stiffer shaft now. I like the idea of having technology crunching all your numbers such as swing angle, clubhead speed, etc. to help fit you with a club.

Lou's Golf in Carrollton has a little room you can hit into a net in... but it is a good place to find some used clubs at a good price... but i don't live there anymore... so i'm not real sure its still there
