I cannot comment on this thread due to an ongoing investigation.

Based on how they raise Wagyu cattle, I would choose a person that gets moderate exercise and drinks large amounts of milk and beer. This would ensure good marbling and flavor. You don't want a workout nut, they would have tough meat that would require extensive cooking to get a tender piece of meat. When you are eating for survival, you don't have time to do a long braise.

This thread went from "would you if you had to" to recipes and serving suggestions a little to quickly.

Remind me to skip any texags mixers that take place at a remote mountain lodge.

Somewhere in the 27-30 range. You don't want super-fatties, but you do want to have some fat content.
