Beltway 8 west to 290 to 6

Is it better to take 45N to 105 in Conroe? I've never been that way, but that looks the fastest.

105 is two lanes pretty much from the outskirts of conroe through navasota. lots of speed zones.

go with the beltway 8 to 290 route. might be a bit longer, but will probably be a lot quicker.

105 is much slower.

The route zach gave is the fastest.

if you don't have a toll pass you should do 45 south to 610 west to 290...it is about 5 extra minutes but if you have to stop to pay tolls it is worth it


you could also do beltway 8 to 249 to 6

It may look like the faster route but the Beltway to 290 is much faster.

However, the 105 route has no tolls to deal with so thats always a plus.

take 45 to 1488, up through plantersville.

6) locate CS airport

uhhhh...why? i drive 45 south from the beltway to 610 west everyday, it is an easy drive and at that time there is not a lot of traffic

making your way through plantersville is by far more direct. making your way to 290, while easy, is several miles out of the way.

The 1488 suggestion would be my choice.

Because 290 between 610 and BW8 is a parking lot no matter what time you're on it and it's a lot of miles to drive to keep from paying the $1.50 toll.

LadyOfTheLake, that's a relatively long detour to avoid one toll plaza.

uh, ok well i have never seen it like that in the middle of the day and that is when i would drive back to CS on the weekday so i would miss rush hour traffic (but i also didn't decide to go on a friday typically...)
