Bought parking pass on Seat Geek and can't find it?

It says it's confirmed. Waiting for me to accept the transfer. Don't see it on seat geek or on 12th Man App. No emails received other than original purchase. Any ideas?

Did you sign out of seetgeek and back in? Do you have the seatgeek app?

Yes and yes. I see the order there in order history. That's it.

Seat geek chat support says:

Your tickets have been transferred to [my email address]

To accept the tickets, download the PACIOLAN app, and log in with [my email address] to access your tickets. If you don't have an account with PACIOLAN, create one using [my email address].

I presume that's the 12th Man site / app. I have logged in. The parking pass does not appear to be there

Make sure the same email as TMF email.

If its the same the tickets should automatically be in your TMF account.

Paciolan is the ticket interface used by the TMF.

I take it you have never attended a game at Kyle using a digital ticket? If not, you should probably download the 12th Man app and set up an account using the same email that you use for SeatGeek. However, I will warn you that it's not always straightforward. I've been to games at other venues that also use Paciolan, and can recall some confusion in getting those tickets. But, I've always worked it out.

Thanks yes downloaded 12th man app. I have digital tix in there for this game that I bought from another alumni. No Parking pass from seat geek though. Thanks for the advice - will try to find seat geek phone number to see if they can re-transfer.

Whatever they say on the email, I would try to follow that. I seem to recall it being a bit screwy.

Yes have followed that. Got a phone number from the chat bot. Seat Geek can't see what has occurred and is contacting the seller. Maybe the seller hasn't transferred yet with 12th Man App. I agree this is a screwy process. If seat geek can't get it fixed within 30 mins I may be buying a different pass and challenging this charge on my card.

Alright problem solved with another phone call with Seat Geek. Problem was something with using Apple Pay. They wanted me to prove it cleared and was charged. I had to email screenshot to prove I was the same person, then Seat Geek emailed me the pass and I have it. Perhaps there's lots of fraud there. Why offer the payment method if it causes this issue.
