We all know Lavery isnt't eligible until the spring. he had to sit out a year from when he first got here (last january). maybe the other new foreign guys are the same? i dunno

There is no way that many could be hurt...With so many new foreign swimmers, I guess it might be possible that some might have to sit out a predetermined amount of time like Lavery is and Bojan did due to their ages...I am not sure of this however because their bios/birthdates haven't been posted on aggieathletics.com yet but it makes sense that could be a reason why...Like Big Papi said, Lavery should be eligible as soon as the semester is over since he got here last January as long as his grades are in order

That said, the returning guys look great...Jacobo is having the best year of his career, Ozzie is in tip-top shape and Strange is right there with him...Duran is continuing on a solid freshman season...some of the more mid-range guys are really doing well too...nice to see them swimming so fast so early...usually this team swims about the same level until Big 12's then drop an absolute ton of time at conference
