I will post updates on this thread throughout the day. We will be playing along side Ok State and Missouri. We are 3 back of Ok State and 5 ahead of Missou. Our first grouping tees off at 9:50 with our last, Ashley Knoll, at 10:30. I would expect Aggie update to begin around 10:30.

We have not won the Big XII since 1998.
The next tourney will start the road to nationals. This will be the Central Regional Tourney. Here are ssome schools of note that could be in the tourney and their national rankings. I am not sure how selections happen. I am assuming that each conference champ makes it in with a few at-large selections. DOes anybody have any info on this?? Here are the schools...

Twenty one teams will participate in each of the 3 Regionals. Eight teams from each Regional will advance to Nationals.
Conference champions get into regionals provided they have at least 6 teams in their conference. The remaining teams are determined by their District ranking. (Usually about the top 17 or so teams in the central district.) After that the tournament committee will "move" some of the top teams to other districts to balance the strength of the fields. The Aggies host Central Regional on May 11, 12, & 13. They will be needing lots of volunteers if anyone is interested.

Where will the Regionals be? Actually, I am only concerend with the Central Region.

I just saw that it will be in Bryan. That is great!!!

Oklahoma State started off cold and WE ARE IN THE LEAD BY 3 STROKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holes 4 thru 6 are the key holes of the course. Ok St. was something like -6 yestreday on these holes and we were soemthing like +5.

1 stroke lead with everyone thru 3.

Ashley has a 4 stroke lead in the individual!

Like I said earlier holes 4 thru 6 are key. Luckily our mistakes, like a quad bogey and a couple doubles, have been equaled by Ok St.

Everyone is thru 6 except for Ashley. It is almost lunch and I will be gone for an hour.

Just like yesterday the stat site is correcting their scores after I post.

It's really too soon to get excited one way or the other. My daughter just called from the course to see what golfstat was saying. She said Ashley & Brenda were both 2 over now, Christa is +4 and Lauren is 2 under.

I read what your daughter reports...but how does that differ from golf-stats? Ags farther ahead or behind?

Golfstats only reports the score every three holes. Since she is there she is a little more up to date. But things can change on the next hole. She wanted to know how the other teams were doing.

golfstat only reports every 3 holes, so I could see the numbers that your daughter reported being correct cause she is up to the most current hole. Your daughter's numebrs are better for the team by the way!!!!

My daughter quit calling. I sure wish they would update the scores. My guess is that the Aggies are celebrating by now.

Golf is taking off in Aggieland! Last I saw...Men ranked #9 and our Women were #13...coupled with...tomorrow 5 Aggies start in the PGA Shell Houston Open!

Men are #6!!!

Ashley is the only one left to finish and we are up 13!!!!
