We have a better chance of getting the 2 spot if there is a three way tie, unfortunately we also have a shot at being a 4 seed
i'm not sure how this will work, because (as someone said earlier) we would all be 5-2 and all be split 1-1 between the 3 teams.
---i have no idea if this means anything to the big 12 officials---
A&M beat osu 5-2 and lost to tech 3-4
osu beat tech 6-1 (or 4-1)* and lost to A&M 2-5
tech beat A&M 4-3 and lost to osu 1-6 (or 1-4)*
A&M's match count would be 8-6
osu's match count would be 8-6 (or 6-6)*
tech's match countuld be 5-9 (or 5-7)*
since A&M has scoreboard on osu, that could make the seeding (2)A&M (3)osu (4)tech
---i have no idea if this means anything to the big 12 officials---
*osu reports their score 6-1, while tech reports the score 4-1. osu's website says "The Cowboys received two more default victories at the Nos. 5 and 6 positions. Burmistrau picked up the win at No. 5 after winning the first set, 6-0, while Texas Tech declined to play the No. 6 match after the team outcome had been decided." tech's website, however, has the 5 and 6 matches listed as DNF. the official big 12 website has it listed as 6-1 on osu's schedule, and 1-4 on tech's.
of course, none of this means anything if we don't take care of t.u. tomorrow or if tech chokes in the next 2 matches.
