Saw an Orlando area TV meteorologist said rain would be done by 5:30 ET so hopefully can get it running again this evening.

And right on cue, Logano gets the massive yellow flag break he needed to keep from going 2 laps down in a broken car. And now he gets the chance to get back on the lead lap if they can fix it.

I'm shocked NASCAR would do that. Shocked.

They are extra guaranteed yellows that ensure there are no long green runs for most of a race, and also to make it seem like there is a point to them, they give points for "winning" them

They have been around about 8 years. It was part of the big revamp in the championship points system. It's designed to make the middle part of the race mean something and to add mid race championship points to drivers and teams.
