Somebody else start a new official thread. I'm not worthy.

Mary qualified for Individual Singles National Championship in November.
Mia plays at 11:00 AM in qualier for W35 Redding, CA.

Mary and Lulu are listed in the acceptance list for the tournament.

Hold on... last year Chapa's got nuked before January and that didn't turn out so bad for the rest of the season. aggiedrjdub - you're up.

I noticed this morning that the old thread was missing so sent a request to tech support to check it out. I received an e-mail letting me know a case number has been assigned and someone is checking it out. So, it might show up again ... or might not!

I added last night that the final Mary would have played in with Dasha must have been cancelled (because of rain?) because it was not scheduled AND the photo gallery for the finals show the winners (main and consol) and there are four or so pics of Mary. Good ones, too, of course!

Regardless, she is now eligible for the singles championship since she made it to the final!

The men's champion didn't play semifinals or finals. That tournament is meaningless after qualifying for the NCAA individuals.

I wanted to see her play Dasha again, a rematch of the final last May. Oh well.

Bummer! Let us know what they say. I guess they hate the support. lol. Kidding.

Congrats to Mary, as usual. She is just a winner. So focused and driven.

Curious - someone explain the importance of Jennifer starting in January? Why not have her wait until next fall? Thx!

Just speculating here, but maybe she there's a little sibling rivalry competing for national championships.

Speculation: 1) accelerate her development 2) she's on track to play top 6 and will help us repeat

She can help us and is on board playing a semester early, why not have her burn the redshirt and start in January 25?

Looks like the old thread is back, the one you created. Now both exist. If we do not add to this one any more it will 'drop down' and we will not see it again whilst we continue using the old one.

Up to you guys since I am still a relative newbie !!
