However on the men's side Arkansas was supposed to have a down year, but they just went and got elite runners throughout the country and internationally and book just like that, national title contender

I've always wondered, in a race where your underdogs, WHY NOY position yourselves in an uncomfortable position! This is where you take the leap! You don't get rewarded for being conservative here! Only two teams go, so might as well put yourself in that position!

Men will finish in 4th in one of the closest battles I've seen at a regional meet! On paper and according to the so called "experts" our guys didn't belong in the conversation with Tulane and Texas. But we hung in there from the gun to the finish line! Wow! I've been following Aggie Cross country for several years and that fight from our guys was nothing short of amazing!!! Hats off to you fellas!
