Ehh, they never get in trouble. I'm sure some offshoot 2nd cousin of the France family sits in a key position over there with the main task to find an excuse for when they are way off. NASCAR and their top vendor partners are like the Venezuelan government and Petro

Somehow I expect the answer will be "competition caution at lap 20 and 40" followed by "we are issuing everyone 2 extra sets of tires"
